For Oral Presenters		For Poster Presenters
HPV 2010 is planning to record all oral presentations (voice and powerpoint slide screen capture) and to make them available on the website within 4 weeks of the conference.		HPV 2010 offers the opportunity for a WEB PUBLICATION of your poster. In addition to displaying posters on site, poster presenters can submit up to 5 PowerPoint slides with a 3-minute narration. Web posters will be added to website within 4 weeks of the conference.
Presentations (oral or poster) will be watermarked with HPV 2010 logo to avoid piracy. Participation is at the discretion of presenters (oral and poster) and does not affect the scientific review of the abstracts. NEW: Oral presenters will not automatically have poster displays.

Submission Deadline: February 18, 2010

More than 1,000 abstracts are expected. Strict adherence to guidelines will greatly support the work of our scientific committee.

March 15, 2010	Notification of acceptance. *Postponed to March 22.
March 30, 2010	Early-bird registration fee for all registrants incl. abstract submitters
April 30, 2010	Final deadline to register and pay; otherwise, automatic withdrawal from the program

For those not wishing to pay their registration at the same time as submission, the Conference will grant a grace period until April 30, 2010 and will not restrict the submission of abstracts with unpaid registration. Presenters who have not paid their registration in full by April 30, 2010 will have their abstract automatically withdrawn. No exceptions will be made.
To take advantage of the March 30, 2010 early-bird registration deadline, abstract submitters are encouraged to register at the same time as submitting their abstract. No exceptions will be made.
Notifications of acceptance will be sent by March 30, 2010 (after the early-bird registration deadline). Scheduling details and instructions for oral and poster presentations will be communicated soon after.
If you require a visa to enter the country, please pay your registration first. No visa invitation letters will be issued unless registration is paid in full. Your registration will be refunded in full should your visa application be rejected.
Authors are encouraged to submit only one abstract as presenting-author.
There is a limitation of 10 co-authors.
Delegates may choose at time of submission whether they wish their abstract to be considered for oral or poster presentation. Abstracts not selected for oral presentation by the reviewers may be accepted for poster presentation.
